Your order will be emailed/posted out to you within 3-12working days (depending on type of reading )of remittance of your payment to us through Worldpay. (some readings will take longer, please refer to information on all readings.) For full term and conditions click here!
Payment: with order, Credit card or Debit card through our sites secure pages with Worldpay. (alternately by cheque/postal order with printed order sent to us by post. UK only, Problems with your reading must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a reading and not give a reason for doing so. in this case your payment will be returned in full.
If you are unhappy with the service that we give you, and you can explain to us why this is, we will immediately make a full refund of your payment.

All payments are checked for authenticity for non genuine or fraudulent details. Crystal always passes all attempts to commit online fraud to the relevant authorities. Terms and conditions for spell-work booked with Lily & Crystal.
We do not guarantee that the spell work that we do will be always successful. Despite what is claimed on some similar sites this is not possible with white witchcraft. Lily or Crystal will usually give you a percentage of probable success, and a free divination before you book or pay. You book the spell with the understanding that even with our combined best efforts it may not be your ‘Karma’ that the spell be successful.
Whether the spell is successful or not, we will have done a great deal of work on your behalf over a period of at least one month and perhaps longer extending to three or more, We will have given you unlimited back up and support and counselling. We will also have used sometimes expensive ingredients in your spellwork. Because of this we ask you wait for three luna months before claiming that the work has not been sucessful, as this is the time given for our spell-work. Not all spells work at once!
Refunds are given because the spell failed to work...or because you have changed your mind, or are just no longer needing our help. You have 10 days also to change your mind after the spell is booked with us, this is called a 'cooling off period' and it is your right by law.
It is not possible for anyone to fully and 100% guarantee spell work will be successful, as that goes against the laws of Karma. We recognise this, but we have a high rate of success (approx 75%) in the our past workings.
If you wish to request a refund, please send a letter/email to us pointing out the reasons for doing so, and we will return your payment.
