REIKI TRAINING WITH CRYSTAL AT SILVERMOON

"It is about two years since I last offered Reiki training, because of my own health problems, I withdrew from healing work to focus on healing my self. My problems ( Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation) were in part brought on I believe by stress and an inability to know when to stop working and when I needed to rest! Although I still have the problem and possibly always will, I am now able to see a vast improvement in myself in the severity of the episodes which no longer totally disable me for up to 48 hours at a time. I personally still have a long way to go...but I believe that helping others to in some measure take control of their lives is part of my own self-help!

With a combination of regular Self-Reiki, rest when needed, working gently with weights to strengthen my cardio vascular system at the suggestion of my own doctor...and a very healthy diet I can once again get back into my life...and as I would like to share this empowering knowledge with any who may need it, I have now decided to run small inexpensive classes in my area (Moray Firth) for all who wish to learn Reiki too but perhaps cannot afford it! Training will culminate in Reiki 1 attunements and a full Reiki 1 Diploma.

At this time when we really need all the help that we can get, here at Silvermoon we shall in the coming months be offering basic Reiki training at a very reduced rate for those who wish to learn enough to help themselves and those close to them. I may also again start  a monthly Reiki Support Class for all who are interested later this year.

Crystal will be running ‘Usui Reiki Days’ in Morayshire for small groups at a price that all can afford…and at the end of the day all taking part will be attuned to Reiki One by Crystal who has been a Reiki Master/Teacher for many years and more recently Kundalini Master/Teacher.

Whether you wish to learn Reiki for your own health's sake or to work with others and to rise to Practitioner or Master/Teacher level, you can not afford to miss this offer!

Reiki Days will take part on the Moray Firth coast near Cullen in full view of the sea! a lovely situation in which to learn and practice Usui Reiki. on dry sunny days it may be beneficial to practice some gentle Ti chi exercises on the beach as part of our day.

A light vegetarian lunch will be available as an optional extra at a small cost, but if you prefer you may bring your own or bring something to share. The day will be informal but packed with all the information and training that you need to get started with Reiki 1, and at the end of the day there will be an attunement to Reiki Level One for all. This will be a full attunement with Diploma which will allow you to register with the  Reiki Federation, and will be a basis to continue your Reiki training to Levels 2 and 3 (Master level) if you so wish in time to come. (I may offer these levels later in the year)

I am aiming to begin 'Reiki Days' in late April/ early May this year 2010, so it might be a good idea to register your interest now as classes will be small.

The full price for a Reiki-Day with full attunements & Diploma will be £50 (Lunch an extra £4) Refreshments (drinks) free

Reiki is a simple technique for the transference of healing energy through the hands.

The word “Reiki” means “Universal Life Energy”   Reiki Therapists learn to heal through training and through special attunement during an initiation ceremony. These attunement open special channels in the giver so that the universal healing energy can flow where it is most needed.

Many other complimentary therapists use Reiki alongside their main therapy and find that both are greatly enhanced.

Once attuned to Reiki, it is almost impossible not to allow the healing energy to flow where it will so strong is the power of this healing system!

Crystal is now offering full training and attunements for Reiki Level 1, and may offer all levels later in the year.
