Colour and Crystals, where do they come from?

Crystals are pure solarised sunlight! which takes millions of years to form, each has its own vibrational level, each has its own healing power.

Man has used crystals over the centuries to attract the solar rays, to beautify and latterly in modern communication systems, the Ancient Atlanteeans used crystals to record information, much as we use tapes and cd’s and to power their machinery and weapons of war, again much as we do laser beams, but that knowledge has been lost to us for the moment.

Colours come form the same source as crystals, the sunlight, so it is appropriate that we use them together to heal and empower us, as one compliments the other.

All the colours that we see and know actually come from one colour, WHITE, the colours that we see are all the separate parts of white light as in the rainbow, that is why light seen through a prism or drop of rain or water is broken up into its separate colours, and if you think about that it makes sense that we as humans need to experience all the colours that we are aware of, and use them in our daily life.

Our Auras show in the same colour range , and they depend on how we are physically, mentally and spiritually feeling at any moment, our Auric colours can change from hour to hour! like any other part of us, our Aura needs to be cleansed to keep it health.

The Chakra system also relates to colours and by cleansing and balancing them together with using our crystals of choice, we have a powerful tool to help keep us health.

Crystals for the most part lie dormant till we activate them, after purchase they should be cleansed by whichever method you prefer, (we prefer sound as it is quick and very effective)

A crystal is an elemental consciousness, to awaken it we need to bond with it and program it to serve us, we do this after cleansing it by holding it in the hand and sending it love and energy, then hold it over the heart centre and feel it becoming alive. it is unwise to allow anyone else to touch your crystals.

When we decide on the crystals that we wish to work with, we can enhance the value that they bring to us by wearing the appropriate colour to compliment the crystals, so giving ourselves the benefit of both!

Although certain crystals have definite healing properties, crystals should always be chosen intuitively rather than simply for there recognised properties.

HEALING GEMSTONES

The following is a short list of the most easily obtained gemstones for all round healing. they can be used equally well in the form of simple tumble-stones or in their raw and unpolished state.

clear quartz Clear Quartz. One of the best all round healing gemstones and psychic protectors, as are all the members of the quartz family. Can be of benefit in speeding up healing.

rose quartz Rose Quartz. Calming, and opens the heart centre. Helps in emotional difficulties and with difficult children who are out of balance. Helps with the flow of blood and energy thro the heart. No home where there are heart problems should be without rose quartz! (acts on the 4th Chakra)

banded amethyst Amethyst. A very powerful healer! and an excellent aid to meditation & spiritual matters. Has a balancing and calming effect and influence, also uplifts the spirit and helps with stomach problems. (acts on the sixth Chakra)

Sodalite. Works well on the throat and all related problems, encourages the wearer to "speak their truth" (acts on the 5th & 6th Chakras)

Aventurine. Good in all heart matters physical or emotional. Helps to open the heart Chakra. eases our connections with mankind, good also for grounding. (acts on the 4th & 7th Chakra's)

black hematite Hematite. For protection, especially from psychic attack! and abduction by aliens (reputedly) also good in cases of insomnia and calming fevers, energising and vitalising. good also for grounding. ( acts on the base Chakra)

blue lace agate Blue Lace Agate. A balancing gemstone for body, mind and spirit. A help in cases of emotional tiredness. A cooling gemstone to bring peace and patience. (acts on the 1st & 4th Chakra)

amazonite Amazonite, Good in all heart matters. Grounding, aids clear thinking and can be powerful aid in organising the mind! a useful ally during exams or attending interviews of all kinds. (acts on the 5th Chakra)

sno flake obsidian Snow-flake Obsidian. A powerful absorber of negative energy. Good for serious grounding and for protection. Needs very regular cleaning is subjected to negative energy. (acts on the base Chakra)

tiger eye Tiger-eye. Stimulates peaceful thoughts. Said to attract wealth and to facilitate holding on to it. Helps to calm anxiety and fear. (acts on 2nd, 3rd and 5th Chakra's) Also said to generate wealth.

Rhodonite. Helps reduce emotional weakness and boost self-confidance. also said to improve hearing and the voice in general. (acts on the 1st Chakra)

red jasper Jasper (red). Helps to balance physical energies and strengthen the immune system. Promotes tissue regeneration and general healing. (acts on the base Chakra)

Dowsing pendulum. smoky quartz Smokey Quartz. A grounding and general usage healing stone, that works well combined with other gemstones. Protective and calming, can be useful in clearing problems associated with the sinuses and nasal system. worth trying in the case of severe snoring (under the pillow) (acts on the 5th & 6th Chakra's)
